Back to School Breakfast Bars!

This recipe takes about 5 minutes of prep time and 35 minutes in the oven!


It's best to assemble in a glass container that is oven safe!


All you need is:


2 ripe bananas

1 1/3 cup old fashioned oats

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1/3 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice


Mix ingredients and bake at 350 about 35 min, until golden on top! Cool and cut into squares.


Can add melted dark chocolate chips as the top layer and then freeze them for a sweeter taste!
